BFI Services, LLC began as "Big Fewk Investigations and Paralegal Services" and it's name derived after our CEO Cherlyn Fucuals father, "Big Fewk". His large stature and protective nature were some of the many reasons she was inspired to start BFI. Cherlyn is no stranger to hard work and her experience lends her the ability to effortlessly provide stellar service with ease.

Cherlyn is a fierce advocate for service and has made it her life’s work to help and serve others. As a way to provide quality services, Cherlyn created BFI Services, LLC as an agency that serves as a resource for customers not only in the Best Southwest area of Dallas, Texas and DFW metroplex but all over the U.S. as well.
Cherlyn has nearly 40 years of experience working in Corporate America. She has an acute knowledge of our legal system, government, real estate and mortgage lending, her focus is on the customer's needs. She is well versed, trained and certified by the (NNA) National Notary Association, the nation's leading provider of NSA training and educational resources. She holds certifications as a Texas Notary & Online Notary, Texas Process Server and Scrum Master. She maintains the highest standard of detail. She delivers excellent customer service and communication. Cherlyn is proficient in all facets of office administration, effectively interacting with her customers. She also exhibits a high standard of professionalism and management. She has 30 plus years of extensive computer technology and networking experience. Additionally, she possesses the business acumen or “know-how”, aimed at preventing or reducing a negative impact sometimes experienced with trying to get multiple tasks accomplished which is recognized by her recurrent customers.
Cherlyn is a native Texan and has one daughter and five grandchildren, 3 of whom she raised full-time. She credits them with keeping her focused and passionate about helping others.
